Boys gone to their dads, my little over night bag packed. So I am off to the smoke – my dad is picking me up in a while and we will drive to London and book into our hotel ready for the early start in the morning. I have to be on the ward by 6.45am but I have no idea when the actual operation will be during the day.
So it’s here we go my friends…wish me luck!!!!!!!

Cant wait to hear the outcome, I’m certain it’ll be a success-I’ve a lot of faith in that man as you know
wishing you a speeeeeedy recovery. xx
Hope all has gone well FoggyHead (soon to be ClearHead). Thanks for blogging – it’s helped me realise that it’s not me being a hypochondriac and the doctors don’t always get it right – even consultants!
You’ve inspired me to write my own blog about Primary Hyperparathyroidism which I think I’ve had for 10 years+ – 3 of those years have been under an endocrinologist who thinks I have FHH not Primary Hyperparathyroidism. I’m sure you’ll go from strength to strength after the surgery.
All the best,
Simon
